At her 6 month check-up, she weighed in at almost 18 lbs, which puts her in the 75th-90th percentile. Her height is 25 1/2 inches, which puts her in the 50th percentile. We're slimming down and getting taller-- woohoo! Her head-- well, that's in the 97th percentile. Yes, that's right-- 97th. But as her doctor says-- it's full of brains. So we're pretty certain she's headed to Harvard.
She still isn't into the whole rolling thing. She did roll once from back to belly, but hasn't done it since. She is, however, getting up on all fours and shaking her booty. We think she's just going to forego rolling completely and just head straight to crawling.
We also decided to give her first taste of solid food. Although I hesitate to call it "solid"-- it's more bland mush. Anyhow, her reaction was less than thrilled (though I can't really blame her):
