Good night, sweet girl

Last night was a monumental night in that Alice had what I thought was the "perfect" night.  Well, perfect for us at least. 

The little darling stayed awake until Daddy got home from work.  She went to bed super easy at 6:45 pm and then proceeded to stay asleep until 3 :00 am!!  Woo hoo!!!  After feeding her, she went right back to sleep and then slept until 6:00.  She was up for the day at 6, but I actually like that because it gives her a chance to see Eric before he leaves for work.

Now, the real test will be if she can repeat this again tonight.  Stay tuned...

Exactly the same!  

At her 4 month check-up, Alice's stats stayed exactly the same.

Height: 23 3/4 in    25th percentile

Weight: 16 lbs          90th percentile

Head:  42 3/4 cm     90th percentile 

Her rolls and wild hair were a hit at the doctor's office. :)

4 months!

Alice is 4 months today!  Where did the time go??  Looking at her now, she looks like a baby and not a little newborn anymore.  But she's getting cuter and cuter by the day.  She loooves to talk and even her voice is starting to sound like a little girl voice.  She also loves to blow raspberries, especially when looking at herself in the mirror.  No rolling just yet, but she's very close!  But she's great at holding her head up and looking around.  The only time Mommy doesn't like to see that is at 4 am, when she can see two little eyes looking at her from the co-sleeper!

We'll post her official weight and height when she goes in for her 4 month check-up on Monday!

Ok, now that we're back up and running (on our very snazzy new iMac!!), I feel obliged to complete the meme assigned to be by Erin.  The assignment is thus:

Well, we lost our photo file when our computer went kaput.  However, I have been working on recovering some of our lost photos.  When I went into iPhoto, I counted the 6th file which happened to be the pictures from my bachelorette party.  Eek!  Luckily, the 6th photo is rather tame....

We went to Peking Tom's for dinner and had ourselves a fabulous time.  Not quite sure what Heather is doing in this picture.  I am guessing it has something to do with the half empty scorpion bowl in front of her.   If you look real close, you'll see the penis straws we were drinking from :)

Looking at this photo, though, makes me realize how much things have changed in just 2 years! Myself, Heather and Wendy all had babies, Nicole has one on the way and Claudia moved to Florida.  Wowzers!

We're having some technical difficulties

Our poor computer bit the bullet this past Sunday and the prognosis doesn't look so good. So we will be shopping for a new computer this weekend and will update the blog next week. Just in time to see our girl turn 4 months!
