Alice is seven months. Seven! Where did six months go?? Some seven month highlights:
* She sits up now, mostly unassisted, though we have to be there in case she topples over.
* She started to sleep in her crib for both naps and bedtime!
* She's rolling over more now from belly to back
* She loves to get up on all fours. She even creeps a little- albeit, it's going backwards, but she's getting the hang of it!
* She is trying new solids every week. So far, she's had rice cereal, applesauce, avocado, and banana. Nothing really seems to have tickled her fancy yet, though!
I also wanted to show this picture, which shows how these month milestone pictures are becoming more and more tricky!

I love that she snatched that paper up - you're going to have to outsmart her next month! Ha ha! ..not as easy as it sounds!

Maggie seems to really like her avocado mixed with pear, although I bet it would also be good mixed with applesauce or banana. If I'm motivated, I just steam a couple pears and put them in the food processor (and then mix with avocado and freeze in ice cubes). But the store-bought pears are really good, too.
Sweet potato is another favorite around our house - Maggie gets mad if we take too long between bites and starts to hit her high chair tray!
