I am waiting until next week to officially post Alice's 2 month picture. But in the meantime, I thought I would tantalize everyone with some cute pictures from the week:

Alice's 40 Day Blessing

While Eric and I are still unsure which church we are going to baptize Alice in, we did have her blessed in the Greek Church, as is tradition when the baby is 40 days old. She behaved herself beautifully and was the hit among all the churchgoers. Even the priest, right before he took her to walk down the aisle, whispered "By the way... LOVE the hair."

6 weeks

Alice turned 6 weeks this week! She has been smiling a lot more and is making little cooing noises. We're still working on the sleeping situation, however.

She also participated in her first presidential election this week! She went into the voting booth with mommy and helped her make history by casting her vote for Obama. Needless to say, Alice slept great that night, knowing that there was going to be a Democrat in the White House for the next four years :)
